To Suceed at Geriatric Care Management- You Need Training

Training- in gerontology- that is what you need to start and THRIVE in a geriatric care management . According the 2014  Care Management Benchmark study by Home Care Pulse  the top two things that set GCM practices apart are 1)_ care management experience and 2) education and training. Here are the schools in California  from the California Council on Gerontology and Geriatrics ,where you can get a 2-year BA and MA or MSW or doctorate in gerontology..
