Quality of Life Programs are offered by several Aging Life Care Agencies. Care Manager Nina Herndon’s agency, Sage Elder Care has the original Quality of Life Program called the “Hummingbird Program.”  Nina also developed the first activity kit for quality of life. Joyful Moments  Care Manager Crystal Littlejohn has a program that you can use called Thoughtful Engagement Care Manager Ann Sansevero has a Mind Sense.
