The SBA has loans for minorities that can benefit ALCA or GCM minority business owners

The SBA also has loan programs. They do not make direct loans but sets the guidelines for loans made by its partners (lenders, community development organizations, and microlending institutions). The SBA then guarantees that these loans will be repaid.
