You need three databases to start an aging life or geriatric care managment. The first is a client database. We already covered Care Tree  and now let’s look at Care Manager Pro

They offer among many other features

care palnning, time tracking for billing etc. , conversion to other formats like excel, scanning ( save money and trees), restriction of users upon request, integrated contacts so you don’t have to enter over and over, will do billing but export to quick books add on

This is a general list and best to call a service rep in all cases. Again, compare it to this master list of why you need a client data as a aging life, GCM and see if this choice fits your own professional your and budget.
